As Nordstrom grows in Manhattan, the Seattle based retailer is cutting back in Queens. The Nordstrom Rack location at the Shops at Skyview in Flushing will close at the end of January, according to a notice the company filed with the state Labor Department. Forty two people will lose their jobs
